Every festival event is held at the Cleveland Institute of Music in University Circle, a short walk from some of the finest museums in the country and from the restaurants of Cleveland's Little Italy.

Tickets

Concert tickets and a festival pass

Both competition rounds are free and open to the public. Concerts are ticketed, with single tickets and a pass covering the whole festival; masterclasses, lectures, and the luthier exhibition are free. Families of semi-finalists attend the Thursday concert, where the finalists are announced, at no charge. Prices TBA

Where to eat

Between concerts, the neighborhood feeds you well. Cleveland's historic Little Italy begins a ten-minute walk from CIM along Mayfield Road and Murray Hill, a few blocks of red-sauce trattorias, bakeries, and cafés that have been there for generations. Closer in, the Uptown district on Euclid Avenue has Lebanese, Indian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Mexican, and French kitchens within a couple of blocks of each other.

Little Italy

Mama Santa's, Guarino's, Trattoria Roman Garden, La Dolce Vita, Mia Bella, Valerio's, Maxi's, and Angelo's Nido Italia for dinner. Presti's Bakery for cannoli and a morning coffee; Luna Bakery for crêpes and pastry.
